I am Fred Rowlett the President of the NANBF. As your President I will be using this forum to inform you of some of the changes that have occurred and upcoming changes in our organization. As you are reading the statements below I do not want you to believe that I am taking sole responsibility for these achievements, instead, I want you to know it was the action and hard work of NANBF promoters and sponsors that helped achieve and accomplish all of these goals.

*2 new Pro Shows
*3 new Pro-Qualifiers
*6 new shows (Arkansas, Indiana, Springfield, 2 in St Louis, Tulsa, and return of shows in Minnesota and Nebraska) and we will adding three more
*updated website that has posing sections, pro and amateur photo galleries, rotating photo galleries
*a mailing list of semi-annually NANBF schedule of events of all NANBF contests and events such as seminars
*new competition classes such as teen, beginner, novice, figure
*we have had two wheelchair competitors and will continue to cultivate this category
*two night events (Southern States Classics), in addition to a double stage one day event (Gold’s Classic)
*uniform guideline procedures for every show
*over 100% increase in membership

Although we have accomplished many goals, here are some projects that are being finished as we speak.

*NANBF Grand Prix Competition (must be NANBF member)
*NANBF online registration for NANBF shows
*Online NANBF clothing store
*More prize money
*more expansion into other states
*NANBF online forum
*expanded competition links for competitors (suits, supplements, equipment and services) *NANBF fitness boot camps

……. and other projects that are in the beginning phases.

Finally, as long as I am President, this organization will always be about every competitor, sponsor, fan, and every individual who has ever bought a ticket to watch one of our events. We will always place your trust first whenever we are making decisions regarding the future of this sport in our organization. As time goes by and this organization evolves, one thing will remain constant; you the competitor, the sponsor, the fan will continue to be our most valuable asset. It has been a pleasure to work with you. It has been an honor to work for you. And it will be a privilege to continue work on your behalf.
